Texas Best designed and installed and irrigation system for our home. Abby and Juan are professional and responsive. From initial contact to completion of the installation my questions were answered and I felt respected and valued as a customer. Juan patiently spent time with us explaining the system and making sure that we understood how to operate it. Abby answered all my questions (emails, phone calls, and texts) regarding the contract and design/permit process in a promptly. Their technical team was courteous and left our space clean at the end of each day. I look forward to work with them for maintaining our system and will refer them to others.

Hard working team that was tidy and courteous. They installed an irrigation system in front and back yards, as well as separate zones for flower beds. When finished, they spent a good deal of time helping me set up my phone app for the irrigation system and explaining how to use everything.

I also showed them a picture of brick edging I wanted around my flower beds, and they went above and beyond to find the right color brick to coordinate with the brick on my house. Attention to detail was great, as they made custom corners with the brick, and even filed down rough spots from the mortar so my little one doesn’t get cut on anything sharp!

Great customer service. Gave us plenty of yard and landscaping tips, and when I contacted them to winterize the new irrigation system 48 hours before a huge winter storm hit, they were here within 24 hours to take care of us. Will post photos once I get beds spruced up! Right now they don’t do the brick work justice.

We used Texas Best Irrigation to install drains on the side and back of our house. Juan came out for an initial quote and was very thorough with his explanation with what he wanted to do and the quality of the materials he would use. He even told me what to look out for from other vendors that would quote similar prices but using inferior material. He was very honest and professional which is the main reason why I went with Juan and not other vendors.

Scheduling was very simple. They worked with CenterPoint to have the lines marked in advance of the digging.

The crew of 7 guys showed up promptly at 8:00am and finished the job in 1.5 days. They were all very friendly and consistently made sure that my needs were addressed through the entire process. I sit there I could have received better customer service with someone else. They ensured the yard and areas they worked were cleaned up as they were leaving. Juan walked the yard with me made sure the drains worked before leaving. He also explained in great details the maintenance involved that to ensure integrity of the drains.

I am not going to lie. When i saw them digging up the backyard to where they are going to put the pipes down, I was a little worried. I was like, “I don’t think I’m going to lie this.” But once it was done, boy was I wrong. The design was fantastic, everything works well and the installers were extremely nice and professional. Texas Best did installed my sprinkler system. It was done very professionally at a much cheaper price than everyone else I received a quote from. They also had the best warranty. After installation someone came back out and showed me how to use the equipment, set the timers for my system and informed me on how much to water during each season. In my 20+ years of living in Houston area, Juan is the most honest, genuine, fair, and knowledgeable contractor I’ve worked with. I recently used he and his team to do landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor lighting work at my home in Richmond. Texas Best just finished an installation at my home and I’m very pleased with their work. They showed up early each day for the two day project, Juan was very nice and professional and the job was knocked it out fast. I would recommend them to anyone!

Juan responded to our initial inquiry promptly and came to the house the same day. By the end of that same day we had our estimate. He was very flexible with our start date, all to accommodate our needs. The initial start date needed to be moved forward, due to weather. Juan communicated well in advance of the change. His crew showed up when promised, worked consistently all day and finished within 6 hours. We even asked for an extra nozzle to be installed to help fill our pool, which he accommodated on the spot. Other ‘experts’ attempt to determine the source of the leak and where not able to. Luckily I contracted Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping Houston and was amazed at how simple and easy they made the chronic issue seem. First time I called the company was almost midnight and Juan answered on first ring and was patient while I narrated my issue to him. He arrived first thing in the morning and within 5 mins, was able to accurately tell me that I needed a BFP installed in my sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable, professional and confident. I don’t write reviews but I willing wanted to let people out there know that if they need an honest, dedicated and knowledgeable professional for their irrigation or landscaping issue, Texas Best Irrigation and Landscaping Houston is their best bet! Juan actually worked under the rain to have my issue resolved because he genuinely wanted to give me peace of mind that the problem will be resolved same day. This company has actually impressed me and as much as I hope I don’t have to call them again, if I do have any irrigation or landscaping need, I will surely give them a call again. Very professional and I was very happy with the irrigation work done. The team fixed multiple issues, charged a very fair price, and cleaned up when completed. We needed a valve replaced, several breaks from tree roots repaired (a tough job), and multiple heads replaced after a hard freeze last winter.
